I recently started taking Zydelig (idelalisib) 100mg tablets for my follicular lymphoma. I know it's used when other treatments haven't worked, but I'm curious about others' experiences. How has Zydelig affected you? Have you experienced any of the side effects listed, and if so, how did you manage them? I'm particularly interested in hearing about the more serious side effects and how you coped. Also, what has your doctor said about combining Zydelig with other treatments? Thanks for sharing your stories and advice!

I've been on Zydelig for a few months now, and honestly, the side effects have been manageable. I've had some fatigue and joint pain, but nothing I can't handle. My doctor told me this is a powerful medication with powerful results.

I had some crazy night sweats when I first started Zydelig. It was like sleeping in a sauna every night. My doctor switched me to a different dose schedule and things got better. Be patient and always talk to your doctor.

I had a mild rash when I started Zydelig, but it went away after a few days. My doc said it was a common reaction, so I'm glad I didn't panic. Always good to stay vigilant.

All the side effects listed are scary, but I think the most unsettling part is the risk of Stevens-Johnson syndrome. It's just terrifying to think about, especially with the skin peeling and all.

I experienced some pretty bad fatigue when I started taking Zydelig. Some just utter exhaustion that made it hard to function. I had to adjust my daily activities and listen to my body more. I found that lighter meals and more frequent naps helped a bit.

I've been on Zydelig for about six months now, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The diarrhea was brutal at first, but my doctor helped me manage it with some meds. Fingers crossed it stays under control.

This is why you gotta keep an eye on any bruising or bleeding. We need to stay vigilant if we have a day when fatigue gets in the way of regular monitoring.
