I had a tough time with drowsiness. It was hard to stay alert at work. I would recommend taking it right before bed if you can.
I've been on this medication for a few weeks now, and I've managed the side effects pretty well so far. I do have to be cautious with my blood pressure and kidney function, but my doctor is monitoring that closely.

The combination of hydrocodone and ibuprofen is powerful, but it's important to take it exactly as prescribed. I had a friend who had a problem with the combination and had to stop taking it. He ended up being hospitalized but got better.
