Motrin 400mg tablets, or ibuprofen, is a common go-to for pain relief, fever reduction, and inflammation management. It's an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), which means it blocks those pesky substances in your body causing discomfort. However, it's not without its risks. I've been chasing some advice on the side effects to watch out for and how to mitigate them. What's been your experience with Motrin 400mg? Any horror stories or tips to share?

Ibuprofen is a must for me during my menstrual cramps. It's the only thing that can keep me functional. But I’ve had some bad experiences with other side effects. I don't get the bleeding issues but the fatigue is real!

I'm always a bit skeptical of these drugs. Just had to take ibuprofen for a bad headache and it did the trick, but I wonder if I should be concerned about any long-term effects. I know it can mess with kidney function, but I'm not sure how often I would need to worry. Anyone have a good resource for this info?

I had a scary experience with Motrin once. I started puking up what looked like coffee grounds, which I later found out could be a sign of bleeding. I went to the ER and everything was fine, but it was terrifying. Now, I'm a lot more cautious with NSAIDs and make sure to watch out for any unusual symptoms.

Ibuprofen has been a lifesaver for me during tough gym sessions. But yeah, the stomach pain can be tough. I usually take it with food to avoid that.
