I've been using Winrevair 45mg Inj Kit (2 Vials) for a few months now to manage my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It's been a game-changer in terms of improving my breathing and overall health. However, I've been experiencing some side effects that I'm not sure are normal or if I should be worried. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had similar issues or if there are any tips for managing these side effects better.

The most concerning thing for me has been the dizziness and occasional headaches. I've also noticed some spider veins appearing on my skin, which I didn't have before starting the treatment. These aren't life-threatening, but they're definitely noticeable and a bit bothersome.

On the other hand, I've seen a significant improvement in my energy levels and the ease of breathing. It's been a great relief to finally feel like I can do some normal activities without running out of breath. I just hope the side effects aren't something I have to live with.

Does anyone have any advice or experiences they can share? I'd love to hear from others who are on this journey as well.

I get some weird redness on my skin, but nothing too bad. I just tried to wear long sleeves to hide them. Its nothing too bad.

I've had a similar experience with the dizziness. It's really noticeable when I stand up too quickly. I've found that eating smaller meals more frequently helps a bit, but it's still a pain. Do you think it's something that goes away over time or is it just part of the deal?

I've been really worried about the bleeding symptoms. I had a nosebleed the other day and it freaked me out. It was a bit scary, but I called my doctor and they said it was possibly a side effect but nothing too immediate. I guess we just have to stay alert and keep an eye on things. I didn't know about the black or tarry stools, but I'm definitely keeping that in mind.

Winrevair seems to be helping a lot of people with PAH. I’ve been doing research and it looks like the side effects are generally manageable. I’ve seen some people say they get better with time. Just keep communicating with your doctor and monitor your symptoms closely.
