I recently started using Winrevair 60mg Inj Kit for my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. How has it affected your ability to exercise and manage daily activities? Have you experienced any of the side effects, particularly the urgent ones like allergic reactions or neurological symptoms? I've had a mild nosebleed once but haven't experienced anything severe. What's been your experience with this medication? Also, what can we do to mitigate the risk of side effects? Thanks!

This medication can be rough on the body. I've had some bad nosebleeds and I've been struggling to find ways to manage this. Have you guys found any tips or tricks to help with this issue?

I had a really rough time with Winrevair. The side effects were just too much for me to handle, and I ended up switching to a different medication. I wish I had known more about the potential risks before I started taking it. You should be careful about it.

Winrevair has been a lifesaver for me, but I've had some scary moments with the neurological symptoms. I had a weird feeling in my face and it took me a while to recognize the signs. I have some spider veins on my cheeks and they aren't going away, but I've been keeping an eye on my bloodwork and I'm doing okay, thankfully.

I've had a few episodes of dizziness, but nothing that's required me to seek medical attention. I've been trying to keep my hemoglobin levels in check to avoid blood clots. I've been also experiencing a lot of swelling and numbness on my feet and fingers. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think it's important to remember that everyone's experience with this medication is going to be different. What works for one person might not work for another. It's all about finding the right balance and working closely with your doctor to manage any side effects. I can't believe how expensive this medicine is.
