I've been on Xcopri for a couple of months now, and I have to say, the titration process has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Started at 12.5mg and slowly worked my way up to 50mg. My doctor said this was to avoid skin reactions, and it's been working fine so far. My seizures have decreased but I feel like it's been a bit of a double-edged sword. I've experienced some dizziness and drowsiness, which can be a bit frustrating, especially when trying to do day-to-day activities. Anyone else going through this? How long did it take for the side effects to subside?

Same here! I experienced some really bad headaches and a few bouts of severe dizziness. But honestly, the side effects were worth it because my seizures have been much more manageable. I stayed the course and now I'm at 50mg, and things are much better.

I'm so glad I found this thread. I've been considering Xcopri but heard so many horror stories. It's reassuring to see people who have actually experienced it and are doing okay. Thanks for sharing!

I've tried other antiepileptics before, and they either didn't work or had awful side effects. Xcopri has been a game-changer for me, and even though the process has been a bit rough, I'd recommend it to anyone struggling with epilepsy.

Can't believe how much this helped me. My seizures were so frequent and debilitating. I hated missing work, but now I can function normally. It's been a lifesaver.

I'm currently on 100mg, and honestly, it's been a miracle drug for me. But I will say, the titration process is brutal. I had to call my doctor a few times because I felt like I was going crazy. The dizziness and fatigue were overwhelming, but it's gotten better over time. Just hang in there.

This titration process is a beast! I felt like I was in a fog for weeks, but it's funny how you get used to it. Just don't rush the doctor's recommendations and you'll be fine!
