I recently started using Xelstrym 18mg/9hr Ts Patches for my ADHD, and I've been really impressed with the results. The patch is easy to use, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my focus and attention. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones like serotonin syndrome and heart-related issues. Has anyone else had any issues? The patch seems great so far, but I want to be cautious. It's also a relief that it's a once-daily application. No more multiple pills!

I'm curious about how others are managing any skin reactions or other side effects. Does anyone have tips for applying the patch to minimize discomfort? I've had a bit of itching and redness but nothing too severe. Does this get better over time?

Also, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the erectile dysfunction and decreased sex interest side effects. I don't know if I should just deal with them or if there are ways to mitigate them. These are serious side effects, and I want to be informed.

I'm new to this medication and I have a question about sleep. Does anyone have trouble sleeping at night? I find it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. Is that a known side effect?

I just got prescribed Xelstrym and I've been really nervous about it. I'm sure I'll experience at least some of the sexual side effects. I know they can be mitigated, but what's the best way to go about it? How does the patch work? Will it be better than pills?

I've been on Xelstrym for a few months and haven't had any major issues. The only thing I notice is occasional redness where the patch is applied, but it's not too bad. I'm glad I made the switch from pills to the patch. I have a friend that has to sleep in the hospital for a day because of the patch. I'm sure he'll be alright.

I switched from Adderall to Xelstrym, and I'm so glad I did. The patch is so much more convenient, and I don't have to worry about taking multiple doses throughout the day. I did experience some mild restlessness at first, but it went away after a week or so. I'm hoping the restlessness doesn't come back.

I'm really curious about how the patch works compared to other ADHD meds. It seems like it's just another stimulant, but is it more effective for the inattentive type of ADHD?

I'm a bit worried about the heart-related warnings. Anyone have any experience with that?

I've had some issues with skin reactions, but my doctor recommended using a small amount of hydrocortisone cream on the area before applying the patch, and it's helped a lot.
