I've been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis for months, and my doctor recommended the Xolegel Duo Kit. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I'm seeing some improvement. However, I'm curious about other people's experiences with this kit. Have any of you had lasting relief with Xolegel Duo Kit? Did you experience any of the side effects listed on the package? Any tips on how to maximize the effectiveness of the kit?

I've been using the ketoconazole gel and the pyrithione zinc shampoo as directed, and I'm hoping it continues to improve my condition. I'm also wondering about the potential side effects, especially the allergic reactions. I've had reactions to other topical treatments, but so far, so good with this one. Any advice on handling side effects if they do occur?

Also, I noticed a slight burning sensation when I first started using the gel, but it went away after a few days. Is that normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm also curious about how long it usually takes to see significant results. I've had dandruff for a while, and it's been frustrating to deal with, so I'm hoping this treatment will make a big difference.

I think everyone's experience with this kit will be different. Just be patient, and if you notice any severe side effects, stop using it and get help immediately. I haven't needed medical attention, but I did switch to a different kit because it was too expensive.

I've had a lot of success with the ketoconazole gel, but I didn't notice much difference with the pyrithione zinc shampoo. I'm thinking of switching to a different shampoo. Any suggestions on what to try next?

I had a pretty mild allergic reaction with this stuff. I got some hives and redness, so I stopped using it. My doctor recommended a different treatment instead.

I'm glad I found this thread. I've been using the Xolegel Duo Kit and noticed some irritation. It wasn't severe but was enough to make me stop. I'm going to check in with my doctor to see if it's worth continuing. I hope to get a recommendation.

I've been using the kit for a week, and I haven't noticed any improvement yet. Am I being too impatient? How soon should I expect to see results? Also, how often should I apply the products? I'm just using them as directed but I'm wondering if more frequent use would help.

I've had pretty good luck with this kit, but I'm always a bit anxious about the potential side effects. Has anyone ever had to seek emergency medical attention for a reaction to this?
