I've had some issues with diarrhea after using Zegalogue. It's not the most pleasant side effect, but it's manageable. I keep some Imodium on hand just in case.
Be really careful with this stuff. I had a friend who had an allergic reaction and ended up in the ER. It's rare, but it happens.
