The dryness was the worst. I had to use lip balm constantly and drink tons of water. But it was worth it. My skin cleared up completely. Good luck!
I had a friend who had to stop taking it because the side effects were too much. But she also knew people who had great results. It seems to be hit or miss. Just be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.
I was on Zenatane for a year. I had some mood swings and depression at one point, but my doctor adjusted my dosage and it got better. Keep an eye on your mental health too.
