I've just started taking Doxycycline Monohydrate 75mg Caps for acne and I'm hoping to hear from others who have used this medication. I know it's an antibiotic and helps reduce inflammation, but I'm not sure what to expect in terms of side effects or how long it will take to see results. Has anyone else had good experiences with this? What were your side effects?

I've been taking Periostat 20mg for a few weeks now to help with my gum disease. My dentist prescribed it to slow down the progression of my gingivitis. I haven't experienced any major side effects, but I've seen the list for Severe and life-threatening ones and I must admit they're scary. I'm wondering if anyone else has had any scary experiences or side effects from Periostat. If so, how did you handle it? Did you have to stop taking it? Did the dentists do anything special?

I've been prescribed Vibramycin 50mg Capsules (Doxycycline) for a respiratory infection, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. The list is pretty long and some of them sound serious. Has anyone else taken this medication? What was your experience like? Did you encounter any of the more severe side effects? I'm particularly concerned about the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea and the potential for increased pressure in the brain. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!
