I've been prescribed Fluconazole/sodium Chlor Inj, 50ml for a persistent yeast infection. What should I expect?

I recently had a visit with my doctor for a persistent yeast infection and started taking Fluconazole/sodium Chlor Inj, 50ml, which is a generic for Diflucan. I've been suffering from it for a couple of weeks now. I researched online and found out that it is an antifungal drug. I'm curious to know if anyone has taken this medication before and what are the possible side effects. Is it effective for most people? Also, I've read that there are some serious side effects. What should I be watching out for? Any tips on managing the side effects would be helpful!

Exelderm 1% Cream 60gm: Effective for Fungal Infections but Beware of Side Effects

Exelderm 1% Cream is a topical antifungal medication used to treat a variety of skin infections like athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and tinea versicolor. It contains sulconazole, which works by halting the growth of the fungus causing the infection. Typically, it is applied to the affected area once or twice a day for several weeks. However, it is essential to be aware of the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones that require immediate medical attention. I've been using it for a few days, and I'm a little concerned. Some of the urgent side effects listed include signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, hives, itching, swelling, and trouble breathing. If you experience any of these, you should seek medical help right away. Has anyone else had issues with it? It is important to report any unusual side effects to the FDA. The less urgent side effects can still be quite uncomfortable, so always consult your doctor if you experience anything worrisome.

Just got prescribed Nystop Top Pwdr 100,000 30gm for a nasty yeast infection. Any experiences or tips?

I've been dealing with a persistent yeast infection in my skin folds, and my doctor prescribed Nystop Top Pwdr 100,000 30gm. It's an antifungal powder, and from what I understand, it's supposed to stop the growth of the fungus. However, I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones like allergic reactions. Has anyone else used this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, tips on how to apply it, and any advice on managing side effects. Are there any tricks or habits that help it work faster or better? I'm hoping to get this under control as quickly as possible. Thanks in advance for any help!
