I was recently prescribed Pirfenidone 801mg Tablets to manage my Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. How has it helped with the scarring process in your lungs? What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? I've been on it for about a month now. I've experienced some side effects like dizziness and nausea, but my doctor assures me that these are common and can often be dealt with by adjusting the dosage. I've also had a few headaches, but I'm taking it with some NSAID tablets, which at least helps with the pain.
