I've been on Stelara for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my psoriasis. The injectable format has been convenient. I started using Stelara 45mg Prefilled Syringe a few months ago to manage my psoriatic arthritis, and I've seen some improvements in my symptoms. Stelara works by blocking IL-12 and IL-23, proteins that cause inflammation, and it has made a noticeable difference in my condition. However, the side effects can be quite daunting. Although I haven't experienced any of the urgent side effects, I've had some discomfort at the injection site and occasional fatigue. I think it's crucial to stay vigilant about any symptoms that seem out of the ordinary.
