I've been using Fluorouracil 5% Solution 10ml for the past month to treat actinic keratosis on my face. The side effects have been intense—burning, redness, and some pain—but my doctor assured me it's normal. I've been religiously applying sunscreen and avoiding the sun as much as possible. Has anyone else used this treatment, and how did you manage the side effects? I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences. Additionally I would like to know if anyone has used this treatment for cancer and how effective has this treatment been? Finally, how long did your treatment last?
