Glycerin Suppositories: Long-Term Use and Unusual Side Effects - Are They Safe?
I've been using Glycerin Adult 2gm Suppositories for a while now, and while they work great for quick relief, I'm starting to worry about long-term use. The package doesn't mention anything about prolonged use, and I've been having some unusual side effects like rectal irritation and burning sensations. Has anyone else experienced this? I've also read vague warnings about severe side effects, but nothing specific. Should I be worried? How often is too often to use these? I'd love to hear from people who've used them for a long time, or if anyone knows of safer alternatives for regular use. Thanks in advance!
