I was recently prescribed Ceftriaxone 2gm Inj for pneumonia and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I've heard it can be really effective, but also that it has some serious side effects. Has anyone here had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. I was prescribed Ceftriaxone/dex 2gm Inj 50ml for a serious case of pneumonia and I'm curious if anyone else has had similar issues. The nurse said it would help clear up my infection, but I've heard that it can have some serious side effects. The injection itself wasn't too bad, but I want to know if anyone has experienced anything like severe stomach pain or allergic reactions that are mentioned in the possible side effects. Most importantly, I'm wondering if anyone has had issues with kidney problems or anemia. I'd really appreciate any insight or advice. Also, please share if you know any tips to avoid diarrhea and those other bothersome side effects
