I've been taking these for years and haven't had any issues. I think people worry too much about side effects that are rare.
I've heard that acetaminophen can be tough on the liver with prolonged use. My doctor suggested alternating with ibuprofen to give my liver a break. Might be something to consider.
I've had a couple of friends who had allergic reactions to acetaminophen. It's scary stuff. I'm always cautious with any new medication. If you ever get a rash or have trouble breathing, seek medical help immediately.
This medication has been a godsend for me. I've never experienced any severe side effects, but my doctor always tells me about the risks. I would recommend being cautious but not paranoid and as always I'd recommend consulting with a doctor if worried about any symptoms.
