I've been prescribed Acetylcysteine 10% Inh Sol for my chronic bronchitis, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had success with it. The side effects list is a bit scary, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone experienced any of these? How did you manage them? Also, does anyone know if the benefits really outweigh the risks? I'd love to hear some real-life experiences and expert advice, so I can make an informed decision.

I've used this for years. I keep it in the fridge and take it when I feel my lungs getting tight. I've experienced no side effects. I think the benefits outweigh the risks, but I'm sure everyone's different

This is a tricky medicine. I have had serious respiratory issues and my doctor gave me a nebulizer with this medication 3 times a day. After a week of this prescription, I tried to get my insurance to pay for it, and they went bankrupt.

I've never had any side effects myself, but my friend did after her first treatment. She looked like she was having an allergic reaction. Her throat was really sore. She has not had a good experience with the drug so far.

Acetylcysteine has been a game-changer for me. It made a noticeable difference in my cystic fibrosis symptoms. As for side effects, I've had a bit of a runny nose but nothing serious

I had a horrible experience with this stuff. I was drowning in mucus and then after taking this my throat felt like it was swelling shut. After getting medical help, they told me I was having an allergic reaction.

My doctor told me to keep my eyes closed during treatment. I thought that was odd, but I didn't want to get any of the medication in my eyes. Sure enough, I tried it once with my eyes open and got stung.

What does it feel like when you use it? For example, do you feel it working right away? I don't feel like my lungs are clogged, but I feel tightness and feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen
