I've been using Alahist PE 2-7.5mg Tablets for a couple of weeks now to deal with my allergies, and while they've helped with my sneezing and runny nose, I've also experienced some side effects. I've had trouble sleeping and had a few days where I felt dizzy. It's not too bad, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences. Any healthcare professionals out there with advice on whether these side effects will go away? I've also been considering whether to switch to something different, but it might be too soon to tell. I'm really trying to avoid antihistamines that make me feel groggy all day.

I felt dizzy at first but it went away after a week. If you're experiencing other side effects, try to contact your doctor. You can also try switching to a different medication. It's all about what works for you.

I think Alahist PE is overrated. I switched to Claritin and haven't looked back. My allergies are under control, and I don't feel tired all the time.

I've been using Alahist PE for years and never had any side effects. I think it's best to stick with it unless it's affecting your daily life. I've found that taking it with food helps with any potential stomach issues.

I've taken Alahist PE for a few months now, and it's the only thing that works for my allergies. The dizziness is annoying, but it's a small price to pay for being able to breathe normally again.

You should consult with your doctor before making any changes. They can give you personalized advice and recommendations. I know it's frustrating to deal with side effects, but it's important to take care of yourself.

I took this for a week and then switched to something else. It really messed with my sleep schedule and left me feeling exhausted during the day. You may need to try a different brand or regimen.

I used to take this for my allergies but switched to Zyrtec. It worked better for me and didn't have the same side effects. Just something to consider.

I got hives after taking Alahist PE. It was terrifying, and I had to go to the ER. It's rare, but it can happen. I'll be sticking to something else from now on.

Make sure to report any side effects to the FDA. It's important for them to know about any adverse reactions.

Maybe you just need a lower dose?
