I've been using All Day Allergy-D 5-120mg tablets for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it's been a bit of a roller coaster. At first, the combination of cetirizine and pseudoephedrine seemed like a dream come true. The sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes were finally under control, and the congestion was gone in no time. The 12-hour relief was a godsend, especially with my busy schedule. But then, the side effects started to kick in. I've been feeling pretty dizzy and sleepy, which is a bummer because I need to stay alert at work. I've also had a bit of trouble sleeping, which is the last thing I need. Has anyone else experienced these side effects? Are there any tips for managing them? I'm considering switching to a different allergy medication, but I'm not sure what else to try. Any recommendations?

I've never had such a bad reaction as this. I was completely knocked out of my life. I am thinking of going to a different medication instead of continuing with this one.

I had to stop using it because it made me feel like a zombie. The decongestant was great, but the antihistamine really knocked me out.

Anyone else feel like they're on speed with this stuff?

I've had the same experience with the dizziness and trouble sleeping. I ended up switching to a different allergy medication and it's been much better.

I felt so jittery and anxious when I first started taking it. It got better after a week or so.

The dizziness and trouble sleeping are pretty annoying. But if you can manage to stick it out for a few days, it tapers off.
