I've been taking Alyq 20mg Tablets for about 3 months now to manage my pulmonary hypertension. Initially, I was hesitant because of the potential side effects, but my doctor assured me that the benefits outweigh the risks. So far, I've noticed an improvement in my ability to exercise and perform daily activities. However, I've been experiencing some flushing and headaches, which are listed as possible side effects. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences and how they've managed these symptoms. I've also had some questions about the potential for long-term sexual problems. Has anyone else had this issue or have any advice on how to mitigate this risk?

Have any of you considered trying lifestyle changes alongside medication? I've found that diet and exercise have made a big difference in managing my symptoms. It’s worth chatting with a doctor before making any major changes though!

I was nervous about the sexual side effects, but my doctor assured me that they are rare. I've been monitoring closely and so far, I haven't experienced anything like that. Just be cautious and aware of any changes.

I've been on Alyq for a year now and while it's improved my quality of life, I've had to be really vigilant about the side effects. I keep a log of everything I experience and report it to my doctor regularly. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's crucial for managing the medication effectively.

I don’t think I'd be comfortable with some of the side effects, especially if it was something serious, like a severe skin reaction or chest pain. I'm glad doctors are there to monitor if something goes wrong.

I've had a few severe headaches, but they usually go away after a few hours. I've also noticed some muscle pain, but it's manageable with over-the-counter pain relievers. I've been really careful about watching for any signs of allergic reactions or skin issues, though. It’s scary to think about the severe side effects.

I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing these side effects. It helps to know that others are going through the same thing and that talking about it makes everyone feel better.

I had a really bad experience with a different medication for pulmonary hypertension. It felt like my body was rejecting it, and the side effects were unbearable. I'm glad Alyq has been better, but it's still a bit scary to think about the potential risks.

My mom is on Alyq but she's definitely felt like the side effects have decreased over time. She had issues with muscle pain and upset stomach in the beginning. Yeah, while it's possible for them to scale back over time, be careful and report everything! It's all about monitoring. I've also been reading about the importance of reporting any side effects to the FDA. It helps them track the safety and effectiveness of the drug.

Same here, the flushing can be pretty intense. My doctor recommended staying hydrated and avoiding hot environments. It's helped a bit.

I started Alyq 20mg Tablets a month ago and haven't experienced any side effects yet. Fingers crossed it stays that way! It's a bit early to tell, but I'm keeping a close eye on everything.
