Anybody else on Inderal 20mg Tablets (Propranolol) for Anxiety? How's It Going?
I've been prescribed Inderal 20mg Tablets (Propranolol) to help manage my anxiety. I've heard it's a beta-blocker and helps with physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat and shaking. I'm curious to hear from others who are taking it for anxiety. How effective has it been for you? What side effects have you experienced? Any tips for managing them? I'm also wondering if anyone has had to adjust their dosage or switch to a different medication. Thanks!

Has anyone had issues with Inderal and weight gain? I've gained a bit and I'm not sure if it's the medication or just stress eating.
I'm on my second week with Inderal and I don't feel any different. Is it supposed to take this long to kick in? I was hoping for some relief sooner.
Just want to mention that I started to experience some mood changes and depression with Inderal. I had to switch to something else, but I hope you don't have that issue.
I've been on Inderal for a few months now and it's been a game-changer for my performance anxiety. No more shaky hands or racing heart during presentations! Just be aware of the drowsiness, it can be pretty intense at first.
I tried Inderal but had to stop because of the weird dreams. They were so vivid and disturbing, I couldn't handle it. Might be worth it for you, but just a heads up!
This is how we going to laugh at doctors. Anxiety? Take this pill! Suddenly your heart is slow and you're freaking out about your heart..
I've been doing great with Inderal, but I did have to adjust my dosage because I was experiencing some dizziness. It's working fantastic for my social anxiety, though. I can actually talk to people without feeling like my heart's going to explode.
