I've been taking Active FE Tablets for a few weeks now to combat some fatigue and minor anemia. The description says they're great for energy and healthy red blood cells, but I've been experiencing some pretty alarming side effects. I've had some stomach pain and diarrhea, which I thought might be a minor inconvenience, but I also woke up this morning with a bad taste in my mouth and some strange discoloration in my stool. I’ve looked into the possible side effects and found some descriptions that match what I’m feeling, so now I feel alarmed. Has anyone else had these issues? Is it worth calling my doctor now, or is this normal?

Just be careful and cautious, it's always good to know what you're dealing with. If you're hesitant the side effects online do have some serious stuff. I hope you figure this out!

I've been taking these for months and haven't had any issues. I actually feel a lot better because I had low energy before. But I've also heard that some ppl have these weird allergic reactions. Hope you guys feel better. You might want to consult your doctor ASAP if you feel really bad.

Active FE Tablets have really helped me with my energy levels, but I did experience some stomach issues at first. I took them with food and that helped a lot. If it's not just an upset stomach, contact your doctor.

I read that some people get an allergic reaction! Be really careful and check the symptoms against what you're feeling. An allergic reaction is often a serious side effect and is worth a trip to the ER if you feel bad enough.

I had a bad taste in my mouth and green stools too. My doc said it was normal for the first week, but if it lasts past that, get checked out.

I’m glad I saw this thread. I was wondering if the green stools were normal. I guess it’s time to call my doctor. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences

I’ve been taking these for a couple of months and haven’t had any issues. But I've improved a lot in terms of overall health and energy. A few of my friends did experience some minor side effects, though. I'd definitely suggest taking them with a meal to avoid stomach pain

Sometimes a bit of upset stomach is normal, but if this goes on for a few days, you should definitely talk to your doctor. I've had to take a lot of vitamins and minerals on and off like this and the testing can be informative.

I'm so glad I found this thread. I've been feeling really nauseous and having trouble breathing. I thought it was just stress, but now I'm worried. Side effects ARE rare but that description is pretty scary.

I took these for a week and felt awful. Constant stomach pain and diarrhea. Switched to a different supplement and feel much better. Definitely worth trying something else if you're not feeling good.
