I've been prescribed Niravam 0.5mg ODT Tablets for my anxiety and panic attacks, and I'm curious to hear from others who are taking the same medication. I've noticed some drowsiness and dry mouth, but I'm not sure if that's normal or if I should talk to my doctor about it. How are you all finding this drug?

I wish my doctor had prescribed this sooner. I've tried other anxiety medications but they either didn't work or the side effects were awful. Niravam has been a game-changer for me.

I've been on Niravam for a few months now, and it's been a lifesaver. I had horrible panic attacks, suddenly, out of nowhere, and since taking it, I've had them almost none. I do get drowsy, but it's a small price to pay. What's fascinating is that it feels really weird going from 1 to 2 tablets. It goes from 'wow, this is great, my panic is mostly gone' to 'wow, this is great, AND I don't feel like I'm dying!'.

Just wanted to say to everyone that's scared, I was too. I hate taking pills and going to the doctor's office but I felt like I could die or something. It's just a few minutes to pop it in and it calms your nerves and you're fine. In a few months I can get off them! Don't be afraid to try it.

Has anyone else noticed changes in their menstrual cycle? I've had some pretty heavy periods lately, and my doctor isn't sure if it's related to the medication.
