Does anyone know if it's normal to feel faint when standing up from a seated position?
I was actually pretty shocked by how well Toprol XL worked for me. My chest pain has almost completely disappeared, and my energy levels have gone up. I can finally enjoy my daily walks again without feeling winded. The side effects were worth it for the improvement in my quality of life.
Make sure you stand up slowly and don't jump out of bed. Also stretching can help. Be safe!
I will recommend this drug to anyone struggling with high blood pressure. It is not the best drug but it is effective, just be aware of the side effects and monitor your health closely.
Remember that everyone's experience is different. What works for one person might not work for another. It's important to have open communication with your doctor.
