I've been taking Mag 64 D.R. Tablets for a few weeks to manage my magnesium levels, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my muscle cramps and overall energy levels. However, I did experience some mild diarrhea, which was a bit inconvenient. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or any tips for managing the side effects. Also, how do you feel about taking a sustained-release version versus a regular magnesium supplement? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences with Mag 64 D.R. Tablets. Thanks!

I just started these and I can already feel a difference. I’ve been more energetic and less stressed, but I do have some questions. Is it normal for them to make you feel a bit dizzy at first?

The thought of allergic reactions makes me nervous, but the benefits of taking them really outweigh the risks for me. But if you do feel any signs of an allergic reaction, don't hesitate to contact your doctor immediately!

I've been on these for a while and haven't had any issues with diarrhea. Just make sure to take them with food and drink plenty of water.

I've actually had some pretty intense allergic reactions to supplements in the past, so I’m a bit nervous. Has anyone else dealt with that?

I've been using them for years. My magnesium levels were so low before that I was having muscle spasms all the time. Well, luckily these have stopped it

I switched to these from regular magnesium supplements and I’ve noticed a big difference. My energy levels have been more consistent throughout the day, and I haven't had any negative side effects.

I've felt like they're doing their job and the side effects are definitely worth the benefits for me. I think the release being sustained just makes it easier for my body to handle
