I've had trouble sleeping since I started Arformoterol. Anyone have any tips for managing that? I'm desperate for a good night's sleep!
This is a good reminder to keep my rescue inhaler handy. I start wheezing shortly after using it, well I cant see my doctor right now, I have no idea what to do.
I've been on Arformoterol for a few months now, and it's made a huge difference in my breathing. The side effects were a bit tough at first, but they've subsided. The headache was the worst, but I found that drinking plenty of water and lying down helped a lot.
I think the only way to deal with any of these symptoms is to be patient and aware. I was too hard on myself. Just take it easy and you'll figure out the best way to deal with the side effects. But take the medication seriously
