Tips and horror stories? I have to drink Golytely Solution 4000ml for my colonoscopy.

I've been given 4000ml of Golytely Solution to drink before my upcoming colonoscopy, and I'm terrified of what lies ahead. Has anyone else had to use this? How long did the worst of the side effects last? Was it as bad as I've been hearing? I've heard horror stories about the cramps and diarrhea. It's supposed to work by drawing water into your intestines, but that doesn't make it any less intimidating. Any helpful tips on how to deal with it all? Anyone have any fun suggestions on how to make the solution taste better? I've heard some suggestions like stirring in sweetener or freezing parts into popsicles. Thoughts? Now, I've also read the side effects list, and it's pretty scary. Any more details on the potential dehydration or electrolyte imbalances from anyone who has experienced them? I want to be prepared for all possible outcomes.

Prazosin Hcl 5mg Capsules: My experience and questions about side effects.

I recently started taking Prazosin Hcl 5mg Capsules for high blood pressure and to help manage nightmares related to PTSD. I read that it has some serious potential side effects so I was wondering how many others have tried it? What are my odds of experiencing severe side effects? How can I manage other side effects like dizziness or headaches that I've already had a little bit? Hopefully, some of you have had positive experiences with this drug.

I've been on Tolvaptan 15mg/15mg Tablet Pak for about 6 months now to manage my Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). Has anyone tried Mi-Yesintek 45mg/0.5ml Pfinj. 0.5ml (Ustekinumab) for Psoriasis or Arthritis? Share Your Experiences!

I was recently prescribed Mi-Yesintek 45mg/0.5ml Pfinj. 0.5ml (Ustekinumab) for my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The doctor said it helps reduce inflammation by blocking certain proteins (IL-12 and IL-23) that cause inflammation in my conditions. I've heard it works well for some people, but I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones like allergic reactions, infections, and serious brain conditions. The medication is given as an injection under the skin after an initial IV dose, and I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this process and can share their experience. What were the side effects like? How did you manage them? Did the medication work well for you? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Zituvimet XR 50mg-500mg Tablets: My Experience with Type 2 Diabetes Management

I've been on Zituvimet XR for a few months now, and I've noticed some significant changes in my blood sugar levels. The combination of sitagliptin and metformin seems to be working well for me, as my A1C levels have dropped from 8.5 to 7.2. However, I've experienced some side effects like stomach pain and diarrhea, which have been manageable. I'm curious to hear from others who are taking this medication. Have any of you had similar experiences, or perhaps different side effects? It's essential to share our experiences to help others make informed decisions about their treatment.

Elimite 5% Cream 60gm for Scabies: My Experience and What You Need to Know

I was recently diagnosed with scabies and prescribed Elimite 5% Cream 60gm. The experience was, well, not fun, but the cream worked well. I applied it to my skin as directed, left it on for 8-14 hours (I chose overnight because it seemed more convenient), and then washed it off. The itching stopped pretty quickly, which was a huge relief. However, I did experience some mild burning and stinging while the cream was on my skin, which was a bit uncomfortable. I also read that some people can have severe allergic reactions or eye irritation, so I made sure to be very careful. I just wanted to share my experience and any tips or advice anyone might have, and warnings to look out for!

All-Nite Cold/Flu Night Time Relief: How well does it work and what are the side effects?

I've been struggling with a nasty cold and flu combo and my doctor recommended All-Nite Cold/Flu Night Time Relief. It's a liquid combination product that helps relieve symptoms and aids in sleeping. It contains acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, and doxylamine. Has anyone else tried this? I'm curious about its effectiveness and any side effects I should be aware of, especially the urgent ones mentioned in the warning. How do you report side effects if they occur? This seems important for me to know before taking.

Diltiazem 100mg Injection: My Experience and Some Concerns

Hi all, I've been in the hospital for a few days now, and recently they started giving me Diltiazem 100mg injections to control my heart rate. The doctor explained that it works by relaxing my blood vessels and slowing down the electrical signals in my heart. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this drug, and if so, what side effects did you experience? The nurse mentioned some pretty serious ones like allergic reactions and liver problems, so I'm a bit worried. What should I be looking out for? Also, how long does it typically take to see an improvement in heart rate?

Fluocinolone Acet 0.01% Scalp Oil: My experience and side effects

I've been using Fluocinolone Acet 0.01% Scalp Oil for a few months now to treat my psoriasis, and it's been a game-changer. The itching and flaking have significantly reduced, but I've also experienced some dry skin and occasional burning sensations. I've heard that these are common side effects, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or if there are any tips to mitigate these issues. I've also read about more serious side effects like Cushing's syndrome, and I'm curious if anyone has encountered these or knows more about the risks. Overall, the benefits seem to outweigh the side effects, but I'd love to hear other people's experiences and thoughts. How has it worked for you?

Has anyone had Visipaque 320mg/ml Inj, 50ml for a CT scan and experienced weird side effects? What was it like?

Hey everyone, I'm scheduled to have a CT scan soon and my doctor is using Visipaque 320mg/ml Inj, 50ml as a contrast agent. I've read the paperwork and it seems pretty intense, with possible severe skin reactions and thyroid symptoms. Has anyone had this done? I want to know what the actual experience was like, especially if you had any symptoms. I especially feel nervous about the kidney and allergic reactions because a family member had kidney failure due to a contrast agent.

Our son had a severe reaction to Hiberix - what should we do?

Our 6-month-old son received his first dose of Hiberix yesterday and since then he has been extremely fussy, having trouble sleeping and has developed redness and swelling at the injection site. I am really worried. I know that some side effects are common but this does not seem right. We do not have a pediatrician, who do you recommend? The clinic that gave him the shot just said it was normal and to give him Tylenol. Should we trust them or should we go to an ER or urgent care? He also has a high fever. What should we do? Please help!.

Gadavist (Gadopentetate Dimeglumine) Injection - My MRI Contrast Experience & Side Effects

I recently underwent an MRI scan that required an injection of Gadavist, a contrast dye used to enhance the visibility of certain body parts. The injection was administered right before the scan, and while the procedure itself was uneventful, I experienced some side effects afterward that I want to share. The nurse informed me that Gadavist is generally safe, but it can cause reactions ranging from mild to severe. I'm curious if others have had similar experiences or know more about the potential side effects. I want to hear from anyone who has received this contrast dye during their MRI. Let's discuss the side effects, how long they lasted, and how they were managed.

Bupivacaine 0.75% Inj, 10ml: Experiences, Side Effects, and What You Need to Know about this anesthetic

Has anyone tried Jaimiess Tablets 91s for birth control? Share your experiences with fewer periods!

I've been thinking about switching to Jaimiess Tablets 91s, an extended-cycle birth control pill. H-Chlor 6 0.062% Solution: My Experiences and Concerns About Side Effects

I've been using H-Chlor 6 0.062% Solution for a few weeks now to clean and treat some minor wounds. It seems to be doing a great job at preventing infection, and I've noticed that my wounds are healing faster than they usually do. However, I've also experienced some mild irritation at the site of application, which is a bit concerning. The package insert mentions that this is a possible side effect, but I'm still not sure if I should be worried or if this is just a normal reaction. Has anyone else had a similar experience with H-Chlor 6? If so, how did you handle it? I've also heard that some people can have severe allergic reactions to this solution—I've never had an allergic reaction to anything before, but it's still a bit scary to think about. Should I be taking any extra precautions to make sure this doesn't happen to me? I appreciate any advice or reassurance you folks can offer.

I've been on Miglitol 25mg Tablets for a few months now to help manage my type 2 diabetes. The medication works by slowing down carbohydrate digestion, which has definitely helped keep my post-meal blood sugar spikes in check. However, I've experienced some side effects like stomach pain and gas, which can be uncomfortable. Has anyone else had similar experiences? How do you manage these side effects? I'm curious to hear from others who have been on this medication and what their experiences have been like.

Just started Stendra 200mg Tablets for ED - any experiences or tips?

So I recently started taking Stendra 200mg Tablets to help with ED, and I'm curious to hear from anyone who has tried it. I'm looking for anything from side effects to how quickly it works after taking it. Pros and cons are also appreciated. The doctor suggested I'd be okay with a standard dose, but I'm curious to know if this worked well for other users. So far it seems to help, but I've only tried it a few times. I'm getting a few headaches and a runny nose, but I’m hoping these subside.

Parents: Has anyone given Sovaldi 150mg Oral Pellets to their children for HCV?

I've been researching treatments for my child's HCV, and I've come across Sovaldi 150mg Oral Pellets. This medication is used to treat chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection by stopping the virus from multiplying in the body. It must be taken with other medicines for HCV. The pellets are a special form for children who cannot swallow tablets. I'm curious to know if anyone has experience with this treatment, especially regarding possible side effects and the overall effectiveness of the medication. The urgency of side effects like allergic reactions and liver problems is concerning, but I want to hear from parents who have gone through this. Also, what are the other possible side effects; how do they manage them? It would be great to get some insights and advice from those who have been in similar situations.

Levo-T 0.2mg(200mcg) Tab: My Experience with Levothyroxine and Managing Hypothyroidism

I was recently prescribed Levo-T 0.2mg (200mcg) tablets for hypothyroidism. I've been taking them for a few months now and have noticed some significant changes in my energy levels and overall well-being. The doctor explained that Levothyroxine replaces the hormone my thyroid gland isn’t producing enough of, which helps regulate my metabolism. It’s been a game-changer, but I’ve also experienced some side effects that I’m trying to manage. I’m curious to hear from others who have had similar experiences or any tips on managing side effects. Has anyone else dealt with mood changes or excessive sweating? How did you handle them? On a positive note, my weight has stabilized, and I feel more energetic, which is fantastic.

Polyeth Glycol 3350 Nf Powder 238gm: My Experience with This Laxative - What Should I Expect?

I've been dealing with occasional constipation for a while and my doctor recommended Polyethylene Glycol 3350, also known as Polyeth Glycol 3350 Nf Powder 238gm. It's an osmotic laxative that's supposed to work by drawing water into the intestines, softening stool. The doctor said it usually takes 1-3 days to work, and I’ve been using it for a week now. I'm not a fan of the taste and the side effects have been a bit uncomfortable, but I think it's helping. I've read that some people have allergic reactions, but thankfully I haven’t experienced that. I've just got some gas and bloating. How does this compare to other laxatives people have tried? Has anyone else had similar experiences with this medication? Are there any other tips or tricks to make it more bearable?

Renvela 0.8gm Packets: My Experience and Concerns About Side Effects

I've been on Renvela 0.8gm packets for about six months now to manage my high phosphate levels due to kidney disease. Overall, it's been helpful, but I've had some side effects that I'm not sure are normal. Has anyone else experienced diarrhea, stomach pain, or even more serious issues like difficulty swallowing? I want to make sure I'm not alone in this and get some insights. What is the community's advice on how to manage these side effects effectively? Also, what should I do if I experience a severe reaction? I want to be as informed as possible. I am considering switching to a different medication, but my doctor wasn't completely opposed to me staying on Renvela while we discuss any other potential options. Can anyone else share their experience with Renvela 0.8gm? It might be a game-changer for me to hear firsthand stories on how to better deal with side effects.

Anyone had severe side effects from Clotrimazole 1% Cream? I'm experiencing some troubling symptoms.

I've been using Clotrimazole 1% Cream for the past week to treat what I thought was athlete's foot. However, I've started to experience some troubling symptoms like itching, redness, and a burning sensation at the site of application. The package insert mentioned some serious side effects, and I'm starting to worry. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I want to know if this is normal or if I should seek medical help. I've also heard that some people experience allergic reactions. How common is this, and what should I look out for? I would really appreciate some advice or personal experiences from anyone who's used this cream before.

Requip XL 8mg Tablets: My Experience and Concerns about side effects

I've been taking Requip XL 8mg tablets for about six months now to manage my Parkinson's symptoms. The extended-release feature has been a game-changer, as I only need to take it once a day. Cetirizine Syrup: My Savior or Culprit? Let's Discuss Side Effects and Experiences!

Cetirizine 1mg/ml Syrup has been my go-to for allergy relief, especially during high pollen seasons. However, I've had some unusual side effects like drowsiness. Is it just me, or have others experienced this too? I know it's known as a 'non-drowsy' antihistamine, but I've felt more tired than alert. Also, how do you deal with the dry mouth? I've tried sugarless candy but it only helps a bit. Let's share our experiences and tips on managing Cetirizine's side effects. As a parent with children who use it for allergies, I've observed a few bumps on their skin, but I'm not sure if it's related to the medication. My partner claims their sleeping troubles related to Cetirizine are well worth the relief from allergies. Maybe I'm just not using it right

Nulytely Solution With Flavor Pack: My Colonoscopy Prep Horror Story

I've had to use Nulytely Solution With Flavor Pack for a colonoscopy prep, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life.
