I've been on Benicar for years and haven't had any major issues. Just some mild dizziness at first, but it went away after a few weeks.
The first few weeks were rough with dizziness, but now I feel much better. My blood pressure is under control.

If you experience any signs of an allergic reaction or kidney problems, go to the ER immediately. It could save your life.
Be careful with the side effects, especially the severe diarrhea and weight loss. I went into the hospital for dehydration.
