I've been taking Sinus Congestion/pain Tablets for a while now, and I'm starting to worry about the side effects. The medication is a combination of acetaminophen and phenylephrine, which is great for relieving pain and congestion, but the list of potential side effects is alarming. From allergic reactions to severe skin problems, it's a bit scary. I've experienced some dizziness, but nothing too bad yet. Has anyone else had severe reactions? I'm considering talking to my doctor about it.

The FDA has a reporting system for side effects. If anyone experiences something unusual, it's worth reporting. It could help others in the future.

I had a bad experience with these tablets. I ended up with dark urine and light-colored stools. I thought it was weird at first, but then I remembered the side effects list. Definitely a wake-up call.

These tablets are a lifesaver for me during cold and flu season. I never experienced any side effects. Different strokes for different folks, I guess, but these work great for me.

I had no idea these tablets could cause such severe reactions. I've been taking them for my allergies, but I think I'll switch to something else.

I've had trouble sleeping after taking these. Maybe it's just me, but it's frustrating. I thought it would help with my cold symptoms, not keep me up all night.

I had a friend who had an allergic reaction to these. It was scary—I'll never forget the red, swollen skin and the trouble breathing. I'm glad they sought medical attention immediately, but it's a reminder to be careful with these meds.

I've been using nasal sprays instead of these tablets. They work just as well for my congestion without the risk of side effects. Might be worth a try for those worried about the tablets.

I took them for a bad cold last winter and felt really nervous and excitable. Wasn't what I needed while trying to recover. I'll look for an alternative next time.
