I've been using Bimatoprost 0.03% Ophth Soln 7.5ml for a few months now to help manage the pressure in my eye. I've noticed some interesting side effects, like my eyelashes are getting much longer and darker. It's actually pretty cool, but I'm worried about the other potential side effects. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm also concerned about the more serious side effects, like changes in eye color or allergic reactions. How common are these? Should I be worried, or is this just a normal part of taking the medication? Also, how does this medication work exactly? I know it helps fluid drain out of the eye, but I'd love to understand the process a bit better.

I've heard that some people experience dry eyes with Bimatoprost. I've been lucky so far, but I have to use eye drops regularly to keep my eyes moist. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's better than dealing with high eye pressure.

I've been on Bimatoprost for a while now, and my eyelashes have definitely changed. It's a bit strange at first, but it does take some getting used to. As for the side effects, I haven't had any major issues, just a bit of eye irritation. I did notice some darkening around my eyelids, but it's not too bad. I'd say it's worth it for the benefits as long as you are careful.

If you notice any severe side effects like changes in vision or eye pain, definitely seek medical help right away. It's better to be safe. I've had some mild eye irritation, but nothing serious so far.

If you experience any of the serious side effects, like swelling of the mouth or face, go to the ER immediately. Don’t wait it out. I've had minor reactions to other medications in the past, and it’s scary how quickly things can escalate.

I'm considering trying Bimatoprost for my eye pressure issues. Has anyone experienced sensitivity to bright lights? I work outdoors and would hate for that to become an issue.

I read that the eye color change can take months or even years to show up. It's scary to think about, but I guess it's a small risk compared to the potential damage to your vision. I'd rather deal with the eyelash changes than risk my sight.

What surprised me was how some people’s eye color changed. It’s a bit crazy to think that could happen but I guess it's better than eye problems.
