I've been prescribed Buspirone 5mg Tablets for my anxiety and I'm curious about other people's experiences. I've heard it doesn't cause sedation or physical dependence like some other anxiety medications, but I'm nervous about the side effects. It's been a few weeks and I'm not feeling much of a difference yet. Has anyone else had this experience? How long did it take for you to feel the full effects? Also, I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with any of the more serious side effects or how they managed them. I'm also curious if anyone else found that Buspirone helped with their anxiety overall. Any insights or advice would be great!

I had a really rough time with Buspirone. I experienced serotonin syndrome symptoms like agitation, sweating, and nausea. I had to stop taking it immediately and seek medical help. It was terrifying. Talk to your doctor about your other meds and any supplements you're taking, as that might have been the cause. Stay safe!

Be patient. Buspirone takes time to work, but it’s worth the wait. Trust the process.

Buspirone saved my life. I was on benzos before but they made me so drowsy and dependant. Now I feel more alert and my anxiety is under control. Some side effects like restlessness and occasional upset stomach is tolerable compared to Benzo. Never thought I could say this before taking buspirone, but I feel like I’m finally recovering from my anxiety!

I found that Buspirone helped with my anxiety but made me feel a bit more nervous and excitable at first. It was weird, but my doctor said it's a known side effect. I just tried to stick it out, and eventually, it evened out, but if you're experiencing this, don't worry too much.

I was prescribed Buspirone a few months ago and it’s been life changing. I’ve tried other meds and nothing worked as well as this. It’s great! Just make sure to discuss all your meds and health conditions with your doctor before starting.

I was so worried about the side effects, but I think I lucked out. I haven't had any major issues except for some minor dizziness at first. If you're feeling nothing, just hang in there. Maybe talk to your doctor about adjusting the dose.

Has anyone had trouble with swallowing the tablets? They're a bit big for me.

I've been on Buspirone for about 3 months now and it's been a game-changer for my anxiety. It took about 4-6 weeks for me to notice a significant difference. I had some initial side effects like dizziness and headache, but they went away after a few days. It's great that it doesn't cause sedation because I need to stay alert for work. Just make sure to follow your doctor's advice and give it some time to work.

I'm on week 3 and feel nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
