I recently started taking Carbamazepine 100mg ER Capsules for my trigeminal neuralgia, and I've been experiencing some side effects. Has anyone else had similar issues? I'm curious about what others have gone through and how they managed it. I've read about the potential for severe side effects, but I'm more interested in hearing about the common ones and how to mitigate them. Also, are there any tips for managing the dizziness and fatigue that seem to come with this medication?

I've been taking Carbamazepine for my bipolar disorder, and while it's helped a lot with my mood swings, the side effects can be tough. I've had trouble with dry mouth and constipation, but my doctor recommended some over-the-counter remedies that have helped a ton. Just stay in touch with your healthcare provider and don't hesitate to ask for adjustments if needed.

I noticed that my eyesight got a bit wonky when I started taking this. Had to go for a checkup to make sure everything was alright. Luckily, it all cleared up.

Be careful with this one. I had a bad reaction to Carbamazepine and ended up in the ER. The rash was awful, and I had trouble breathing. My doctor switched me to a different medication, and I've been much better since. Just be aware of the signs and don't hesitate to seek help.

I've been on Carbamazepine for a while now, and the dizziness really sucked at first. I found that eating small, frequent meals helped a lot. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid sudden movements. It should get better over time as your body adjusts to the meds. Hang in there!

A friend of mine took Carbamazepine and ended up with some pretty serious side effects. Swollen glands, fever, and even some liver issues. It was scary stuff. Just be really cautious and keep an eye out for anything odd. Don't mess around with this one.

I've been taking it for a while and have had no issues. Maybe I'm just lucky? But yeah, if you're struggling, talk to your doctor. They can adjust your dose or switch you to something else.
