I've been taking Carbamazepine for my bipolar disorder, and while it's helped a lot with my mood swings, the side effects can be tough. I've had trouble with dry mouth and constipation, but my doctor recommended some over-the-counter remedies that have helped a ton. Be careful with this one. I had a bad reaction to Carbamazepine and ended up in the ER. The rash was awful, and I had trouble breathing. My doctor switched me to a different medication, and I've been much better since. Just be aware of the signs and don't hesitate to seek help.
