Resta Silver Gel 45ml is a topical gel containing silver, which helps to kill germs (bacteria and fungi) and promote healing in minor cuts, scrapes, burns, and skin irritations. It works by releasing tiny silver particles that stop germs from growing and spreading but some users have reported some serious side effects. Is the potential for severe reactions enough to outweigh the benefits? Have any of you experienced any of theseUrgent Side Effects? Please share your experience below. If you are considering using this product, I would love to hear your thoughts about this.

Oh man. I totally thought this stuff was a miracle cure for acne. Maybe it's the acne medicine that should be checked for side effects. Has anyone tried this for acne instead of cuts and scrapes?

I have a friend who swore by this stuff for her eczema. Apparently, it helps with the itching and redness. Anyone else use it for something other than cuts and scrapes?

I had a really bad reaction to this stuff. I broke out in hives and my skin was peeling. I had to go to the ER. Never using it again, stick to Neosporin.

It's crazy how rare these side effects are supposed to be, but they sound terrifying. I might just stick to hydrocolloid bandages for my minor cuts. I use this brand of silver gel for diaper rash on my newborn. It works great, althought I get paranoid about these side effects. Has anyone used this on kids?

I had no idea silver gel could cause such severe reactions. I've been using it for years without any issues, but now I'm rethinking my approach. This is really worrying.
