Cetirizine 1mg/ml Syrup has been my go-to for allergy relief, especially during high pollen seasons. However, I've had some unusual side effects like drowsiness. Is it just me, or have others experienced this too? I know it's known as a 'non-drowsy' antihistamine, but I've felt more tired than alert. Also, how do you deal with the dry mouth? I've tried sugarless candy but it only helps a bit. Let's share our experiences and tips on managing Cetirizine's side effects. As a parent with children who use it for allergies, I've observed a few bumps on their skin, but I'm not sure if it's related to the medication. My partner claims their sleeping troubles related to Cetirizine are well worth the relief from allergies. Maybe I'm just not using it right

Cetirizine saved me during my worst allergy season ever. Haven't had any issues so far, knock on wood.

I've been taking Cetirizine for years and never felt drowsy. Maybe it's your body reacting differently? Try taking it before bed if the drowsiness is an issue, though.

My kid had hives after taking Cetirizine. We switched to a different antihistamine and no more issues. Be careful with that one.

I've had cetirizine for years and I'm not really sure I like it. I would quit but I don't know what else to use.
