I recently started using Cinqair for my severe asthma, and I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. I've been dealing with severe asthma for years, and my doctor recommended Cinqair because of the high eosinophil count in my blood. The infusions are every 4 weeks, and so far, I've noticed some improvements in my breathing. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones like allergic reactions. Has anyone else experienced any serious side effects? I'd love to hear about your experiences, tips for managing side effects, and any advice you might have for someone new to this medication. Also, how long did it take for you to see improvements in your asthma symptoms?

I've been on Cinqair and I have noticed a bit of dizziness, but it's manageable. I'm just glad it's helping with my asthma. Have any of you had issues with insurance coverage for this medication? My copay is outrageous.

I've been on Cinqair for about 6 months now, and it's been a game-changer for my asthma. I used to have constant flare-ups, but since starting Cinqair, they've become much less frequent. I did experience some throat pain initially, but my doctor assured me it's a common side effect that usually goes away. I also noticed some mild dizziness, but it was manageable. I would strongly recommend Cinqair to anyone struggling with severe asthma, especially if you have high eosinophil levels.

This reminds me of the time I had to go on a different biologic for my Crohn's. I had to keep track of all the side effects and report them to my doc. It was a pain, but necessary. Glad to hear Cinqair works for some of you!

I'm on my third infusion, but so far, I haven't noticed any significant improvements. I'm starting to wonder if this medication is right for me. Has anyone else had a similar experience where it took longer to see results? How long should I give it before deciding if it's working?

I was really worried about the potential side effects, but I haven't had any major issues so far. Just a bit of throat pain, but nothing I can't handle. I'm glad I decided to give it a try.

I had a really bad reaction during my second infusion. I started feeling really flushed and dizzy, and then I broke out in hives. I had to stop the infusion and seek immediate medical attention. It was scary, but fortunately, I was in a clinical setting so they could treat me right away. I do wonder if I need to be tested for other allergies to see if something else is causing this reaction.

I've been on Cinqair for a couple of months and so far, so good. No major side effects, just a bit of throat pain that comes and goes. My breathing has improved a lot, and I'm hoping it continues this way. I'm glad to hear others are having positive experiences too.

Be really careful with the infusion process. I had a bad reaction the first time because the nurse went too fast. Make sure to remind the medical staff to follow the protocol carefully. It's worth it to be thorough because this stuff really helps.

I hope you all have a good experience with this medication. It's amazing what modern medicine can do for us these days.

I had no idea so many people were on this medication. I've been on Cinqair for a while and it has made a world of difference. The infusion process is a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it to finally breathe easily.
