I've been taking Clarinex-D 12 Hour Tablets for my seasonal allergies, and while they help with the sneezing and congestion, I've been experiencing some pretty rough side effects. I'm feeling dizzy and tired most of the time, and my appetite has decreased. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if I should just switch to a different allergy medication. Plus, I'm worried about the serious side effects listed. Has anyone else had issues with things like trouble breathing or severe dizziness? I'm thinking about reporting my side effects to the FDA, but I want to hear from others first.

My doctor told me to be cautious with Clarinex-D because of the pseudoephedrine. She mentioned that it can cause high blood pressure in some people. I didn't have any issues, but it's good to keep an eye on it.

This might be a silly question, but do any of you know if Clarinex-D causes headaches for anyone besides me? Mine are pretty bad sometimes.

Have you considered trying a nasal spray instead? I've had better luck with Flonase for my allergies, and it doesn't give me the same side effects. It's worth a shot.

I had a really bad experience with Clarinex-D. I started feeling really shaky and had trouble sleeping. It was awful. I'm glad I switched back to something else.

I had to go to the ER after taking Clarinex-D because I had trouble breathing. Scared the hell out of me. Don't mess around with serious side effects.
