I was recently prescribed Deflazacort 6mg Tablets for my muscular dystrophy. They're supposed to help reduce inflammation and suppress my immune system, but I'm worried about the potential side effects. I've read about the serious side effects like signs of an allergic reaction, infections, high blood sugar, and even Cushing's syndrome. Has anyone else experienced these side effects and how have you handled them? I'm also curious about the other possible side effects like weight gain, frequent urination, and stomach pain. How common are these side effects, and did you notice any improvements in your condition after starting the medication?

I've had to deal with some of the more serious side effects, like signs of infection and high blood sugar. It was scary at first, but my doctor helped manage it. Regular check-ups are crucial.

Don't forget to report any side effects to the FDA. It's important for them to track these things and improve the medication if possible.

I've heard Deflazacort can cause some hair growth. Anyone else experiencing that? It's a bit weird, but it's also a small price to pay for the relief it brings.

I had a bad reaction to another steroid, so my doctor prescribed Deflazacort. I've had no problems with it so far. Just make sure you follow the dosage instructions carefully and don't skip any doses.
