I have been prescribed Ezallor 5mg Sprinkle Capsules to manage high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Has anyone else used this medication? I want to know about your experiences. The information provided by the doctor and pharmacist covers a lot of bases, but I'd love to hear from real people about the side effects, how well it works and if there are any tricks to taking it. The serious side effects are a bit scary, so I'd love to get some perspective.

Diet and exercise are crucial. Without them, any cholesterol medication is less effective. It's a lifestyle change. Don't rely solely on the meds. I'd also recommend getting a cholesterol test every 3 to 6 months.

I noticed I felt a bit dizzy at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Also, taking it at night helped with the stomach issues I was having. I just wish the drug didn't cost so much.

Can a diet high in fiber counteract some of the side effects? And how hard is it to get used to these side effects?

I had some initial muscle pain but it went away after a few weeks. I also noticed my energy levels dropping. I had to talk to my doctor about it and he adjusted the dosage. Also, make sure you stay hydrated, that helps a lot.

I've been on Ezallor for about a year now, and it's been great for my cholesterol levels. Just make sure to take it consistently and monitor your levels regularly. It's important to keep an eye on any side effects, especially the muscle and liver issues mentioned.

I've heard Ezallor can cause liver problems. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm a bit worried.
