I've been prescribed Diltiazem ER 360mg (24 Hr/cd) Caps to manage my blood pressure and angina. The medication has been effective so far, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones like allergic reactions and liver problems. Has anyone else experienced these medications? I'm curious to know more about the common side effects and how others have managed them. What are some red flags to look out for? I've read the pamphlet, but it's always good to hear from real people. Does anyone know if there are any long-term effects to look out for? Any tips on how to minimize side effects would be greatly appreciated!

I take this for my irregular heartbeat. It's helped a lot, but I did have some issues with dizziness and fatigue at first. My doctor said it's pretty common and should go away after a few weeks. If you're feeling weak or dizzy, make sure to sit or lie down immediately. Thanks to my doctor for the early warning…

Be really careful with this stuff. My friend had a bad reaction that included severe skin reactions. It's horrible - he had these huge sores and swelling everywhere. The symptoms were so bad that he had to be hospitalized. He was really scared and I would be too.

I was prescribed this for high blood pressure, and it’s been a lifesaver. My blood pressure is finally under control, and I haven’t experienced any major side effects. I did have a bit of dizziness at first, but it went away after a few days. Just remember to take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.

How do you get the bloodwork to check liver function since the pamphlet says to look out for signs of liver problems? Asking for a friend
