I've been taking Liquid Calcium/Vitamin D Capsules for a few weeks now, and I've noticed some unsettling symptoms. I've read the possible side effects, and I'm worried because I've experienced mild allergic reactions and some signs of high calcium levels. Has anyone else had similar issues? I'm considering talking to my doctor about this, but I want to hear from others who might have gone through the same thing. Are these side effects worth the benefits, or should I be looking into alternatives? I'd appreciate any insights or advice!

Just a heads up, I had to stop taking these because they gave me terrible stomach aches. Worth mentioning to your doctor.

It's scary how some people react differently to the same meds. GLHF with the doc appointment!

I had similar symptoms and it turned out I was allergic to one of the fillers. My doctor switched me to a different brand and I'm fine now.

High calcium levels are serious. Definitely talk to your doctor ASAP. You don't want to risk kidney problems or worse!

I switched to a different calcium supplement and my headaches went away. Maybe try a different brand?

Don't self-medicate. Go see a doctor and get a professional opinion. You can't just ignore these symptoms. Best of luck!

I had some mild constipation but nothing too bad. Did you try increasing your water and fiber intake? That helped me a lot.

Maybe it's not the capsules but something else you're eating or doing. Have you changed your diet or exercise recently?

My mom had problems with a similar supplement. She ended up switching to a different formulation and she felt better.
