I've been using Ipratropium 0.03% Nasal Spray for a few weeks now to manage my runny nose caused by allergies. It seems to help, but I'm curious to know if others have had similar experiences. The spray works by blocking certain natural chemicals in your nose that cause mucus production, which sounds promising. However, I've read about some potential side effects, both serious and minor. Has anyone else experienced issues like nosebleeds, eye irritation, or allergic reactions? And what about more minor side effects like nose or throat irritation? How have you managed them? I'd love to hear from others who are using or have used this medication.

I've had a good experience with it. I've had a bit of sinus pressure but nothing crazy. I think it's better than a runny nose.

I wish I could use it. Every time I try I get this weird tightness in my chest. Doctors told me it's an allergy, switched to something else instead.

I had a horrible allergic reaction to it. My face and throat were swollen and I had trouble breathing. Went to the ER and they told me to stop using it immediately. I'm sticking to antihistamines now.

I don't know how it's supposed to work, but it doesn't seem to do anything for me. Still got a runny nose and I'm not even sure if I should keep using it. Anyone have any tips?
