I've been taking FE-Vite Drops for a few weeks now to combat my iron deficiency anemia. While I've seen some improvement in my energy levels, I've also experienced some side effects that have me a bit concerned. Has anyone else had issues with stomach pain, constipation, or changes in stool color? I want more information. Is this something I should just power through, or should I talk to my doctor about alternative treatments? Also, I've heard about the potential for serious side effects. In your experience, are any of these common or should I be extremely concerned?

I've been on FE-Vite for months and I haven't had any major issues. My doctor recommended taking it with food to avoid stomach pain. It's worth trying if you haven't already. I’ve always had good luck with food and supplements.

For me, the change in stool color was the weirdest side effect. It turned green, and it freaked me out at first, but my doctor said it was normal. Just be prepared for that if you haven't experienced it yet.

I've heard that taking iron supplements with vitamin C can help with absorption. It might reduce some of the side effects too. Give it a shot and let us know if it helps!

I felt really nauseous after taking FE-Vite, and it was hard to keep it down. I ended up switching to a different form of iron supplement and it's been much better. You might want to consider that. I had to consult a nurse to get a second opinion, though.
