I've been taking Ferrous Gluconate 324mg Tablets for about a month now to treat my iron deficiency anemia. I've noticed some mild side effects like stomach pain and constipation, but nothing too severe. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar issues or if there are any tips to manage these side effects better. Also, I've heard that iron supplements can change stool color to green. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm just trying to figure out what’s normal and what might be a sign of something more serious. I also want to know if anyone has had any urgent side effects and how they handled it. Thank you all in advance!

I wish I could say more to help, but I've been lucky enough not to have any side effects so far. Hopefully, you find some relief soon. It's important to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

I’m surprised by how many people have side effects. I’ve been taking them for years and never had an issue. But yeah, everyone’s body is different. Watch out for those urgent side effects, though. They can sneak up on you.

The upset stomach was the worst for me. I tried taking them with a glass of milk, and that helped a lot. I also felt some relief from iron rich diet. Sometimes I miss a dose, but overall I won’t stop until my doctor recommends it.

I've had no side effects at all. I just take them with a meal and haven't had any issues. Maybe it's just a matter of how your body reacts to them.

I had to stop taking them because of serious allergic reactions. It’s scary stuff. If you experience anything like that, get to the hospital ASAP. The doctors were able to calm me down and suggest another supplement.

Black stools can be serious and are a clear sign to call your doctor immediately. I had a friend who ignored it and ended up in the ER. Please take it seriously.

Definitely noticed the green stools. My doctor said it's normal and nothing to worry about. But I’d still call your doctor to be sure.

I've been on these tablets for a while and honestly, the constipation was the worst for me. Try increasing your fiber intake and drinking more water. It helped me a lot!
