I recently had to use Glycopyrrolate 0.2mg/ml Pf Inj, 1ml before a surgery to reduce secretions and manage my heart rate. The medication was effective, but I experienced some side effects that worried me. I've seen the list of possible side effects, but I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences. Also, are there any strategies to mitigate these side effects? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

I'm curious if anyone has experienced erectile dysfunction as a side effect. I haven't found much information on it, and I'm wondering if it's a common issue.

I had no idea Glycopyrrolate could cause such severe reactions. I guess it's a reminder that even common medications can have serious side effects. Thanks for sharing your experience. Stay safe, everyone!

I had a bit of a scary experience with this medication. I couldn't sweat during physical activity, and it was really uncomfortable. I had to stop using it and find an alternative.

Just a heads-up, the flushing and changes in taste are pretty common. Your taste buds should get back to normal after you stop taking the drug. For the flushing, staying hydrated and keeping cool can help.

Feel free to add the FDA link to the original post to report any side effects. You can also report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-332-1088 or online at https://www.fda.gov/medwatch.

I've seen this medication used a lot in surgical settings. It's great for reducing secretions, but the side effects can be a bit tough to deal with. Stay vigilant and communicate with your medical team.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction and had to seek medical attention. I had a rapid heartbeat and some vision changes. It was scary, but thankfully, the symptoms subsided after a while.

I had a similar experience with Glycopyrrolate. The dry mouth was the worst for me, and I had trouble swallowing. For the dry mouth, I found that sucking on hard candy or ice chips helped a lot. I also noticed some dizziness, but it went away after a few hours.

I found that staying hydrated helped a lot with the dry mouth and nasal congestion. Also, I made sure to talk to my doctor about all the possible side effects. Keep an open dialogue with your medical team—it's crucial.

I had no issues with Glycopyrrolate. I used it during surgery to manage my heart rate, and it did the job. I didn't experience any of the serious side effects, just a bit of drowsiness.
