I've been on Exforge HCT 5-160-25mg Tablets for about a month now, and while it seems to be helping with my blood pressure, I've noticed some concerning side effects. I've experienced dizziness, muscle spasms, and occasional blurred vision. The doctor didn't mention these side effects when prescribing it, and I can't find much online. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm a bit worried and considering talking to my doctor about switching meds.

I switched to Exforge HCT from another med and had no issues. Maybe it's just your body adjusting? But if it's that bad and blurring your vision, no way--see your doctor STAT.

I've been on Exforge HCT for a while and haven't had any major issues. Did your doctor mention anything about adjusting the dosage? Sometimes that can help with side effects.

I've had muscle spasms too, but not bad enough to stop taking it. It’s a hassle, but it could be worth it to keep my BP stable.

Blurred vision is serious. You should definitely mention it to your doctor ASAP. It could be a sign of something more serious.

I had dizziness too, but my doctor switched me to a different combination and it went away. Maybe talking to your doc is a good idea.

Side effects suck, but Exforge HCT is worth it if BP is under control. Some of us gotta do what we gotta do, but serious side effects like blurred vision are worth discussing with the doc.
