I've started taking Pamidronate 90/10ml Inj for my bone health issues, and I'm really worried about the potential side effects. I've read the list of possible side effects, and some of them are quite serious. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had similar experiences, and how they managed them. Any advice on preventing or dealing with side effects would be greatly appreciated. I'm particularly concerned about the risk of fractures and jawbone problems mentioned in the important warnings section.

I've had constipation and stomach pain, but my doctor gave me some tips on diet and hydration that really helped. I make sure to eat a lot of fiber and drink plenty of water, and it's made a big difference.

I’ve heard people compare it to having a bad flu. I ended up with muscle pain and spasms that were quite intense. I talked to my doctor, and he explained it can be managed with painkillers and rest. I wish I had known that before.

Jaw pain and swelling can be a sign of a serious condition called osteonecrosis of the jaw. It's important to talk to your doctor about any unusual pain or swelling in your jaw, especially if you have other risk factors like dental issues or a history of radiation therapy to the head or neck.

It's amazing how many side effects there can be. I wish they didn't list every tiny thing you could experience.

Has anyone else had issues with jaw pain or swelling? I noticed some discomfort a few weeks after starting the treatment. My doctor mentioned it could be a side effect of the medication. I'm a bit worried.

I had a really rough time with Pamidronate. I developed a urinary tract infection that was miserable. I had to go to the ER, thinking I had something else. I recommend being very vigilant about any changes in your urine or any pain in your lower abdomen. I now monitor my symptoms closely and speak with my doctor frequently. I find that the side effects are manageable if you catch them early. I even started a journal of my symptoms. I know that it might sound excessive, but it really helps in the long run.

I've been on Pamidronate for a while now, and while I haven't had any serious side effects, I did experience some dizziness and fatigue initially. It's really important to stay hydrated and monitor your electrolytes. My doctor recommended a strict diet and regular check-ups.

If you're experiencing any of the serious side effects, don't hesitate to seek medical help. It's always better to be safe and get it checked out.

I think the most important thing is to stay in touch with your healthcare provider. They can help you manage any side effects and adjust your treatment if necessary. And don't forget to report any side effects to the FDA, it helps others in the future.

Be careful with that medicine. I know someone who had a bad reaction to it. They ended up with severe kidney problems and had to switch to a different treatment. It's rare, but it can happen.
