I've been prescribed Tyvaso DPI 16mcg Inh Pwdr Inst Kit for my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), but I've been experiencing some troubling side effects. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and how they've managed them. The medicine is supposed to help my heart pump blood more easily and improve my ability to exercise, but the side effects are making it hard to stick with it. I'm hoping to hear from others who have found ways to cope with these challenges.

I just started Tyvaso and I'm already feeling some dizziness. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

I got really bad jaw pain when I started Tyvaso. Turns out it was because I was clenching my jaw during inhalation. My doctor recommended some exercises to relax my jaw, and that helped a ton.

Anyone had issues with worsening breathing difficulties? My doctor said it's rare, but I'm really nervous about it.

Tyvaso has been a game-changer for me. The side effects were rough at first, but the improvement in my PAH symptoms was worth it. Stick with it, and talk to your doctor about managing the side effects. You're not alone!
