Has anyone experienced any side effects from taking Vitamin B-2 25mg Tablets?
I recently started taking Vitamin B-2 25mg Tablets as recommended by my doctor. I've been feeling pretty good, but I'm curious if anyone else has noticed any side effects. I know it's generally considered safe, but it's always good to be informed. The brochure lists some pretty scary symptoms, like allergic reactions and trouble breathing. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any issues or if I'm worrying for no reason. Also what are some ways to include more B2 in my diet? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I stopped taking B2 pills after a bad allergic reaction to a multivitamin I was taking. Maybe I'm allergic to something in it. I take B2 pills in the morning and I feel great but my friend takes his before dinner and gets bad heartburn. Maybe try switching the time, but they are definitely the reason for my heartburn
I've been taking B-2 for a while and haven't noticed any side effects. I usually feel good. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and take them with food.
I had some itching and a mild rash, but it went away after I stopped taking them. Maybe it was a coincidence, though. I should ask my doctor if I should take them again.
You're really overthinking this. Just take the pills and move on from it. If you develop an overdose it may cause side effects, but you need to make sure you don't have a deficiency.
I bet the reason you aren’t supposed to eat before is because you need more B2. Which is why it's good to talk to your doctor. You probably have a deficiency and that's why you need the supplement.
I've been taking these for a year because I was told I need to, and my hands look so much better. Allergic reactions are very rare, and they are usually caused by an ingredient in the pill that causes them. I usually take my B2 with a meal and take an additional B2 pill with breakfast. I do not experience any side effects from these. They are usually used to promote health, and they are just great overall.
